Ms. Ketchup had me in stitches lol and is the sweetest salesperson I have meet in the auto industry. Rocio, was equally as sassy and had me smiling from the moment we meet. Lizzy was full ray of sunshine and most definitely rounds out this operation! I would recommend PineRidge.

The minute I inquired about a vehicle here through their website, they called me making sure my wants/needs were met and matched with the perfect vehicle to fit my daily life with 2 daughters in sports. They gave me multiple options on trucks in my budget as a single parent. Jared doesn’t just treat you like a customer; you are met like family. I was in their office 2 days later walking out with a new truck. Bones (their shop pup) is an added bonus to keep you company. The ENTIRE staff prioritizes you and doesn’t just try to “pitch” you a vehicle to make a sale. It’s personal for them and they make sure you’re walking out happy and SAFE in what you are looking for. Thank you Jared, Rocio (I hope I spelled that right-she’s the glue up there), and Bones! I will def be back for my daughters next! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I usually don’t leave reviews but my husband got into an accident a month ago we needed a vehicle so he could get to work and we could have something I looked around and no one could until I call pine ridge, Shaneka Ketchup was the agent to help I told her about the situation and she was sympathetic to what happened and wanted to help she was able to help us get a car I’m beyond grateful for her and the support as a whole the place is they willing to help if you willing to help yourself and I couldn’t be more thankful for them because of it without them stepping in idk where we be with them thank you prine ridge motor

I had such a wonderful experience with Pineridge Motors, and I especially want to recognize Ms. Ketchup and Ms. Rocio Sloan for their outstanding customer service!From the very beginning, they treated me with kindness, patience, honesty, and genuine compassion. They took the time to listen to me, understand my needs, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision.What I appreciated most was their honesty and willingness to genuinely help. I'm not a review writer but I had to leave one about this place and my experience there. I was recommended to Pine Ridge by my daughter after she did some research on local delearships. My past experiences with local dealerships hadn't been that great so and I was a bit skeptical but my was I surprised! When I tell you the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming! I was acknowledged and attended to immediately. Ms. Ketchup was my sales rep and she was GREAT! She was very pleasant, patient and transparent. I felt comfortable, at ease and not forced with her. She understood my needs and did her best to accommodate me. I want to also mention Ms. Rocorio who helped me find the best insurance to fit my needs. Jared the owner was straight forward and made sure I was taken care of. I recommend trying this place. Ask for Ms. Ketchup!
